New features & updates

Exciting update: Custom date range feature in SOCS Co-curricular!

We’ve upgraded our old bi-weekly editor for event setup to a new “custom” version, allowing for more precise date selection. Unlike the previous bi-weekly settings, which relied on educated guesses, users can now choose exactly which weeks to include for recurring activities. This enhancement is especially beneficial for schools with extended holiday periods, such as half terms, that disrupted the old bi-weekly settings. Enjoy a smoother scheduling experience with greater flexibility and control using our new custom date range!

Team sheet auto email is on its way

The ability to auto email pupils/parents selected for fixtures is well under development.  A few schools are testing this right now and we plan for it to become available for everyone shortly.  This new feature will remove the need to use the "email team sheet" button on individual team sheets.  Stay tuned!

SOCS Roadmap - take a look at exciting things to come

We’re thrilled to share some of the major enhancements and new modules coming your way soon. Look forward to features like MIS write-back, online payments, a refreshed parent portal, and more - all just around the corner!
