We’re delighted to announce that Recurring Bookings are now live for all schools using SOCS Facilities.
This highly requested functionality makes it easier to manage regular room and resource bookings, helping you save time and reduce the need to create the same booking repeatedly.
Whether you’re scheduling a weekly meeting, regular activity or recurring use of a facility, you can now set up your bookings once and let SOCS do the rest.

iSAMS is making changes to its Batch API access, which will be withdrawn in November 2026.
We’re already working on the changes needed to ensure your SOCS data sync continues to run smoothly. Schools currently using the Batch API will need to provide us with some new API information so that we can update your connection.
Don’t worry, we’re working on a streamlined process to make this as straightforward as possible, and we’ll be in touch shortly with further information and next steps.
There’s nothing you need to do just yet, but please keep an eye out for further communication from the SOCS team.
Thank you to everyone who has expressed interest in SOCS Payments. We’re pleased to share that our payments functionality has moved into the final phase of BETA testing
If your school would like to be included in the next phase, please confirm which payments provider you currently use: Stripe, Esenda or Zenda.
If you don’t have a provider in place yet, simply let us know which of the three you’re planning to use and roughly when you expect to have it set up.
Once we have your confirmation, we’ll be in touch with further details, including when your beta testing slot is scheduled.

With MIS registration writeback, registers taken in SOCS automatically flow back into your MIS - eliminating duplicate data entry and creating a complete attendance picture across the school day.
Developed directly from conversations with schools, registration writeback brings together the flexibility of SOCS for co-curricular life with the centralised visibility of your MIS.
Join us for a 20-minute micro-webinar, brought to you by Pedagogue and led by Dr Will Van Reyk, Director of Innovation at St Paul’s Girls’ School
AI is already in your school, and the questions it raises are more about leadership than technology. In twenty minutes, this session gives leaders five clear starting points across the three areas schools are wrestling with right now.
Strategy. Why AI is a leadership challenge rather than a technical one, and why your approach must be anchored to your school’s existing vision rather than bolted on beside it.
Practical steps. Where to begin, why upskilling should start with staff before pupils, and a handful of easy wins schools can act on immediately.
Regulation and safeguarding. What the current framework asks of schools, with particular focus on KCSIE 2026, its recognition of AI-generated deepfakes, and what this means for policies, DSLs and staff training.
The webinar will run across a number of dates throughout the autumn term, giving you the flexibility to attend a session that works for you. Register your interest today by completing the form, and we’ll send you further information, including the session dates and links to join, in due course.
Pedagogue has also produced a free KCSIE 2026 and AI briefing pack that schools can download and use internally.
We’re delighted to announce a major new partnership with Vitality, strengthening our shared commitment to showcasing school sport and helping more young people develop a lifelong positive relationship with physical activity.
The partnership will support a number of exciting initiatives across school sport, including expanding safeguarded live streaming through schoolssports.tv, developing a centralised destination for school sport fixtures and results, and supporting initiatives designed to keep girls engaged and participating in sport.
With more than 1,250 schools already using SOCS, this partnership will help us reach even more pupils, parents, teachers and supporters, while continuing to raise the profile of school sport.

We're incredibly proud to announce that SOCS has been recognised as a Global 100 Winner 2026, receiving the award for Education and Financial Training – Best Marketing Services Business of the Year – United Kingdom.
This recognition isn't just about our platform—it's about our people.
One of the things our schools tell us they value most is that our training, implementation and customer success teams have real experience working in leading UK and international schools. They understand the day-to-day challenges of delivering outstanding co-curricular programmes while improving operational efficiency, reducing administration and making every resource count.
That expertise, combined with the SOCS unified platform, is helping more than 1,250 leading schools worldwide simplify operations and create more opportunities for every student.
Thank you for trusting us to be at the heart of your schools. This award belongs as much to the incredible schools we work with as it does to our team.
Following the success of last year’s Daily Mail Trophy coverage, we’re excited to once again offer schools the opportunity to have their Daily Mail Trophy fixtures streamed live on schoolssports.tv.
We’re inviting schools interested in having their fixtures filmed and streamed to get in touch. Streaming is available free of charge, with schools able to choose from midweek or Saturday fixtures.
It’s a fantastic opportunity to showcase your school’s rugby and give your wider school community the chance to follow the action, wherever they are.
Interested in having your Daily Mail Trophy fixture streamed? Get in touch with the SOCS team to find out more.
A warm welcome back to the SOCS schools returning from the summer break. Wishing everyone a fantastic start to the new academic year.
