Congratulations to all those featured as top UK schools in the recent Sunday Times Parent Power Guide. We are thrilled to see a staggering 94% of the Top 100 Independent Schools on the list are powered by SOCS. We are equally as excited to learn that 8 out of the Top 10 ranked Secondary State Schools/Academies also use SOCS!

You can now seamlessly add pupils to a club if they choose to join a club/activity after its start date in SOCS Co-curricular!  Late additions will be marked with an asterisk on all historical registers and will no longer trigger the Incomplete Register Report. Simply use the new ‘Update Activity Club Pupils’ button to do so.  You can now also use the 'Add Pupils to this Register Only' option to include a pupil in a recurring club, but limited to the specific register you're working with.

You can now filter the Full Attendance Status Report in SOCS Co-curricular by ‘Category.’ This allows teachers and club leaders to easily track the attendance of pupils for a specific set of clubs. Explore the improved options for a more seamless attendance tracking process!

You will notice that a new option to email parents and pupils from places within SOCS, such as team sheets and registers, will soon become available.  This option will allow you to send emails directly from SOCS, without the need to use Bcc.  Watch this space!

Get ready for a fresh look! As the next stage in our exciting brand evolution, the SOCS schools sports portals will be getting a makeover. Keep an eye out in the new year for the transformation.

We're also excited to have broadened our international presence, welcoming new schools from Chile, Vietnam, New Zealand, Japan, Zimbabwe, and the Turks and Caicos Islands.
