If you haven't already heard, we have been busy behind the scenes refreshing our brand and as part of our evolution, we have replaced misocs.com with socs.tech.

Rest assured, this change does not affect your SOCS account, your SOCS calendar/sport website or how you, pupils, or parents at your school access SOCS in any way. As part of this change, you might notice that our email addresses will be updated to match our new domain. Don't worry, this is a legitimate change initiated by SOCS to streamline our communication and branding. You don't need to take any action; your emails will still reach us seamlessly, just expect to receive emails from @socs.tech moving forward.  

Please consider informing your IT department that @socs.tech may need to be added to your safe senders list to ensure uninterrupted receipt of our emails during our domain transition from misocs.com to socs.tech.

Save time and paper by using the SOCS Music Big Screen! We understand that the music schedule is a busy one and communicating music lessons can be a challenge. To help you, we have added a new SOCS Music Big Screen to your toolbox. You can create customised views, such as a Big Screen displaying only the junior pupils’ lessons, or a screen dedicated to your sixth form; a great time saving tool to help pupils spot their music lessons quickly. The SOCS Sport Sports Programme has been updated to show users who has added a fixture. Whether it’s you, your opponent or the fixture is part of a competition, you can now keep on top of who has added any new fixtures, making your sports management experience even more transparent!

The SOCS Sport Security module now allows you to completely remove team sheets from your public facing SOCS Sport Website, as well as the parent/pupil area in SOCS, allowing you extra control over team sheet visibility. Once activated, the team sheet icon will no longer appear on your website and any pages which previously displayed pupil information will be blank. Using this update, your school can ensure that parents logging into SOCS can view their child’s fixtures and submit consents, while maintaining total confidentiality for your pupils.
