Thank you for your patience as we continue developing the new parent portal and payments features. We’re pleased to share that excellent progress has been made, and we are now focused on finalising and rigorously testing the core data that underpins the portal.

Timeline & Next Steps

To ensure a smooth and stable release, we are prioritising the parent portal first, as the new payments functionality will be built directly on this foundation. Here’s what’s happening next:

- Data sync finalisation 

- Testing & QA 

- Phased launch (Once the Portal is rolled out, the Payments feature will follow thereafter)

While we are finalising the exact timeline, please rest assured that we are working hard to deliver these new capabilities as quickly and reliably as possible. Following the success of our Dubai User Group earlier this year, we’re also hosting our next SOCS User Group, in partnership with Tanglin Trust School, on 24 November. A big thank you to all the schools who have registered — we can’t wait to continue the conversation in person.
