SOCS Media is proud to announce that Phil Greenaway and Russell McCluskey — the much-loved voices behind the hugely popular Little & Large podcast — are officially joining the SOCS Media team.
Widely respected figures within UK school sport, Greenaway and McCluskey will play a central role in amplifying the stories, energy and excellence of the school sport community through SOCS’s growing suite of media platforms. These include SOCS TV, SchoolsSports.TV, the SOCS Daily Mail Trophy Podcast, the Little & Large podcast, and SOCS’s sponsorship of the 2026 Howden Rosslyn Park National Schools 7s Rugby Tournament.
This expanded partnership also sees SOCS deepen its involvement with the iconic Howden Rosslyn Park National Schools 7s, including live-streaming coverage of the tournament — a major step forward in bringing one of school sport’s most prestigious events to a wider audience of pupils, families and fans nationwide.
Russ and Phil have lived and breathed school sport and understand it better than almost anyone, thanks to their careers as Directors of Sport at King’s College School Wimbledon and Dulwich College. They’ve been great friends to SOCS, and we are thrilled to bring them formally into the team as we expand our commitment to youth sport across the UK
As part of the collaboration, SOCS will expand the Little & Large podcast to showcase compelling stories and personalities from across all major youth sports. The first guest under the SOCS Media banner is England international, British & Irish Lion, 2022 Rosslyn Park Sevens winner, and rising star Henry Pollock.
I look back with really fond memories; I liked the camaraderie, liked the team cohesion, a brotherhood. Rosslyn Park 7s was an amazing tournament, the one at schoolboy rugby you look forward to in the calendar

Our passion has always been helping school sport shine. We’ve seen firsthand the life-changing experiences young people gain on pitches and courts across the country. Joining SOCS gives us the platform to champion those stories even more widely. Anything that brings pupils, families and communities closer to the action is worth doing — and this partnership will do exactly that
