We’ve got some great news! SOCS will be utilising a first-class system to improve our support and communications. Starting on the 8th July, we will be using Freshworks (specifically Freshdesk and Freshsales) to supercharge our customer support and sales experiences. Freshworks is a fantastic company known for its top-notch customer service and rock-solid data security, though this update does not relate to your core SOCS data.

We're excited to introduce a new report in SOCS Co-curricular: the 'Activity Club Pupil Attendance' report. 

This report provides detailed attendance records for all clubs, similar to the billing report, but includes all activities regardless of cost. Now, you can easily track participation across all your clubs.

We are pleased to announce the launch of the 'Current Loan' report in SOCS Music. This new report provides a comprehensive overview of instruments and equipment currently on loan, detailing pupil names, loan dates, and costs. Managing your inventory has never been easier or more convenient.

Our training schedule is nearly full for July and August, a busy period with many schools preparing for the new year.
